the diary of some crazy sisters

Aubry is starting to become distant from me. She hangs out with Draco most of the time and because I’m not a Slytherin he doesn’t think that I’m worth the time of day. Harry on the other hand has been hanging out with me. Ron and I taught him how to play Wizards Chess the other day, he’s not so great at it but he tries. Hermione joined us today, she isn’t really that bad when you get past her know it all attitude. I can’t wait until holiday though. I want to go home and have my sister back.

That last entry was a little over the top. I couldn’t help myself though. Ava hasn’t tried to sit with me since that awkward incident at breakfast. She now sits with Potter, his friends and his friend’s brothers. I don’t know where Granger is. She’s alway missing from the group. Probably has her nose stuck in a book somewhere. Draco walked me to class this morning. It’s the one class I have without him so he really did walk me to class. I don’t know why everyone dislikes him so much in the other houses, he’s always so sweet to me. This one girl Pansy Parkinson tried to tell me that his dad was a death eater. Pfft she just wants him to herself. She’s highly mistaken if she thinks that going to happen. Better back off >;)

Today at breakfast Ava tried sitting with me. Everyone in my house was staring at her like it was against the law for her to even think about sitting with us. Then she went to go sit with her own house and they stared at her too! I saw her leave with an apple. I felt reallyy bad but Draco and I were having an intense conversation about potions class and how Professor Snape yelled at Harry. I mean he deserved it. He was being a smartass. Snape had asked him a question and he didn’t know the answer. *Of course* Hermione knew the answer. Harry sarcastically said “I think Hermione knows” I mean what did you think was gonna happen? Of course he’s going to yell at you! You don’t say that kinda stuff to Snape. Anyway, before class I went out and say with Ava. I didn’t really know what to say so I kinda just at there and listened to her sniffling. I wasn’t sure if it was because of a cold or because she had been crying… I hope she makes friends soon… I don’t want her to be lonely.

This morning I tried to sit with Aubry but got stared at by every one in her house, even Draco Malfoy starred at me. So I just looked down and walked back to my house, only to be stared at by every one at my house. So I just grabbed something and sat on the stairs, reading. A few minutes before class started Aubry came out in to the hall and sat with me for a wile. She didn’t really say much but it was nice not feeling completely alone. When Harry passed by he gave me a sad smile but he didn’t say anything, but he did walk me to class

Today was the first day of classes. I have most of my classes with the Gryffindors so I get to see Ava. You can see how much each house despises the other. It’s quite sad really. Although, I can see why Slytherins get so annoyed. Hermione Granger is quite possibly the most annoying git I have ever had the unfortunate experience of meeting. She would NOT shut up! On the upside I sit right next to Draco most of the day. He is quite charming when he’s not ridiculing Harry Potter. Harry’s not… THAT annoying. Ava said that he doesn’t know much about who he is. He seems a bit awkward to me. Oh well, what can ya do. It’s been a pretty long day and I’m exhausted. Going to bed and then up bright and early to go sit in class and not gawk at Draco at all…. ;)

Today was one of the longest days ever! Most of my classes are with the slytherins so I get to see my sister all day. She’s the only one of them that I like, the rest all seem to be snobs. Especially that Draco kid. I mean, he’s cute and all but he’s such a jerk because his family is pure blood like ours. Oh well… Harry is such a great flyer, but when Neville fell and hurt himself I stayed on the ground and listened to that Hermione girl blab about how much trouble he was going to get in. The rest of us tried to ignore her and I went to stand with my sister, much to the stairs of every one from both houses. ~Ava

Today was my first day at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. I’ve been sorted in to Gryfandor house and my sister, Aubrey , has been sorted in to Slytherin house. Tomorrow morning we start classes and I’m so exited I can hardly sleep. Things here are so different than they are back home, I guess that’s what I get for having my family want to live more like muggles. I don’t mind it but I know Aubrey must be going crazy. I wonder what the dorms are like for her and if she’s met any one new to be friends with. 

There’s a muggle born girl in my room, her name is Hermione. She’s super smart but a bit of a loud mouth and she likes to flaunt her knowledge. She could be useful when it comes time to study for exams but I don’t know if I can handle her constant talk about how Harry Potter is in our house and is here with us in class.

I mean, I have been dreaming of meeting Harry Potter for my whole life. But I’m not going outwardly crazy about it, I’m holding my craze inside.

Today was my first day at Hogwarts! Holy crap! Everything is so different than it was at home. I mean sure with my parents trying to live more like muggles it would make sense but I would have never imagined this place to be so… amazing! I was sorted into Slytherin and my sister, Ava, was put into Gryffindor. I’ve heard we’re supposed to have some type of grudge against each other or something but I don’t think I could ever hate my sister. Plus she’s in the same house as Harry Potter! hmm… I wonder what he’s like! I’ve met some interesting people already. Draco Malfoy seems to be the guy everyone here wants to be around. I guess I can see why. Being in the dungeon is a strange place to live though. Oh well, home’s where the heart is and it’s definitely here!
First day of classes tomorrow so I gotta go!
